The Enemy Within
So UTAG were refused the right to appeal to the Supreme Court, even though TfL have been shown to have lied both times to the court.
UTAG won 4-
One judge, whose wife is on a
cycling lobby, came out of retirement for that appeal.
Smell a fish yet?
Remember the Arbuthnot Uber
licensing debacle?
Same shit different day.
The Trade's future was left
to the other Taxi organisations for decades, and look what happened?
We found ourselves up shit
creek without a paddle.
Now a nameless, shameless
'other org' has put out a scurrilous WhatsApp message undermining UTAG.
They have been rejoicing the
courts refusal to grant UTAG an appeal, because they have their covetous eye on
UTAG itself, having done nothing to assist or support UTAG.
Left to the 'other org' there
would be no UTAG, just the usual ratings war, each trying to poach members from
the other by bad mouthing rival orgs.
The 'other org' comes away
from every meeting blaming rival orgs for once again bowing to TfL's demands
after being summoned like school prefects to receive instructions from the
headmaster to spread TfL's new orders among their members.
The "other org' are just
a bunch of forelock tuggers, who feel some sense of self-importance having
attended various non-negotiable meetings.
Members of this 'other org'
claim to be more "learned" than a QC and his Chambers.️
This 'other org' is too
friendly with James Farrar and other Uberks.
They exchange information and
share a common goal. Farrar attacks the UCG and Trevor Merralls on social media
on behalf of the 'other org'.
This same 'other org' wanted
the ITA to join Farrar's mob in the Square, ffs?
Trevor Merralls is proud to
acknowledge he is hated by PH and UberRape. He wears their hatred like a badge
of honour.
No better accolade than to be
despised by the Trade's enemies.
Better than that particular
'other org' who cosy up to Farrar.
That 'other org' is envious
of UTAG. They will do everything in their power to try and get their hands on
UTAG.
But what would the
ineffectual 'other org' do with UTAG? They have no ambitions to take TfL to
court, or to fight for the tarmac stolen from beneath our wheels. They feel
there is no point questioning P4H.
Everything is a legal lost
cause to them.
They are very good at moaning
about stuff though.
They're like the feller who moans to his mates that his wife is being banged by his neighbour. And when asked what he's going to do about it, answers "Nothing, but I thought you should all know."
If you want to give up, then
do so.
If you want to bend over for
TfL, then be my guest and grab your ankles.
But if you want to fearlessly
fight Trade injustices, then sign up to UTAG. That's exactly what I did when I
heard UTAG were refused the right to appeal.
