My summary of Facebook is it seems to be a friendly vehicle for virtue signalling, while Twitter tends to bring the cunt out in otherwise reasonable people. Instagram comes across as a banal vehicle for celebrity self-adulation, whereas TikTok has no rhyme nor reason to it - just a bunch of unaware and untalented people posting unfunny and unremarkable dross. However recently normally passive users have divided themselves into two religious tribes - the pro-vax versus anti-vax. This has lead to highly emotional and heated comments being posted on social media about this pandemic and its ramifications. A word of advice: whilst debating on social media it is best to agree to disagree and not take arguments personally. We are all entitled to disagree. None of us have lab coats hanging on the back of the door and petri dishes in the fridge - we really don't 'know' one way or the other.
