So UTAG were refused the right to appeal to the Supreme Court, even though TfL have been shown to have lied both times to the court. UTAG won 4- 0 in court, but had it overturned on appeal. One judge, whose wife is on a cycling lobby, came out of retirement for that appeal. Smell a fish yet? Remember the Arbuthnot Uber licensing debacle?
